BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND, bank holiday special Hype returned with the expected astonish- ing stage shows and amazingly talented DJs. Greeted by the lovely Michael on the door, we made our way through to the main room where kick-starting the tunes was hunky Paul Heron, shortly followed by Spanish DJ and producer Carlos Gallardo and disc jock legend Tony English.
They caused a storm of musical pleasure with a range of uplifting, pumping vocal progressive house with the occasional twist of Spanish. Joining and adding to all the mayhem were super-duper hot, hot, hot gogos elegantly doing what they do best on stage, joined by a mysterious but beautiful dancer fresh from Spain dressed as a geisha - wonder- ful! And as if that wasn't enough, a live PA from Pet Shop Boys wannabes Free Radical Formation' saw them performing many tracks including "To The Stars".
The club wasn't packed to the rafters like are used to at this venue, but the dance floor was busy to the end and certainly kicked-off - what an atmosphere! With all this, plus a hot crowd of muscular buff topless men and cool club kids, both inside and outside in the smoking area, and half naked gogos covered in oil, what more could one ask for?
Well done Logan and co, you did it again, I definitely believe in the Hype!
